The Atlanta Pops Orchestra has been entertaining audiences throughout the South since 1945 when Albert Coleman created the orchestra to perform for WSB radio, public concerts, and to benefit young aspiring musicians. The current conductor, Dr. Jason Altieri has brought the Atlanta Pops into a new era with exciting programs that entertain and educate audiences both nationally and internationally. The Orchestra will give you a ride down memory lane, an evening of popular tunes, Broadway and movie melodies, and special arrangements with exciting guest artists.
